We are looking for a skilled Human Resources Officer with 3 years of UAE experience who will recruit, support, and develop talent through developing policies and managing procedures. You will be responsible for administrative tasks and also contribute to making the company a better place to work.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Assist in overseeing the HR functions relating to manning, recruitment, HR budget, employee relations and benefits, performance management, and other related HR functions.
Oversee and manage the payroll, compensation, and benefits program.
Lead internal Human Resources tasks and projects, tracking the necessary actions and updating the monthly and weekly reports.
Ensure consistent implementation of the HR policies and procedures, applicable legislation, and UAE Labor Law.
Manage and control departmental expenditures within the approved budget.
Define recruitment strategies with consideration of budget and headcount guidelines and lead the recruitment and hiring process of the hotel.
Assess the operational needs, develop aligned HR solutions, and implement strategies in the areas of recruitment, talent and performance management, employee engagement and recognition, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and HR administration.
Prepare the annual HR plan and staffing budget and ensure an effective business strategy and planning process.
Lead and promote the HR programs and facilitate the successful completion of all related programs and events.
Manage the leavers’ exit process and submit the interviews analysis report every two months for Human Resources Director & General Manager’s review.
Make sure that the team members’ benefits and grades are in line with the approved matrix and the leveling structure and update the system accordingly.
Responsible for yearly ticket allowance analysis and comparison, as well as the monthly tracking sheet.
Plan and lead team members’ engagement programs and thrive calendar.
Assist the HR Director in the day-to-day operation of the department as required.
Assist with other Human Resources functions and tasks as required.
Required Skills/Abilities:
3 + years of HR management experience, ideally within management consultancy, legal or professional services.
Previous experience in all Human Resources functions including recruitment, compensation and benefits administration, payroll, HR policies and procedures, employee relations and engagement, recognition, and performance management.
Advanced knowledge of payroll system.
Solid knowledge of the UAE labor law.
A degree in Human Resources or similar.
Strong leadership & communication skills.
Positive attitude and high level of time management.
Committed to delivering a high level of team member experience.
Proficient at an advanced level with Zoho CRM, MS Office, and computers, knowledge of HRMS is a plus
Expert advisor to business leaders on HR topics and issues
Ability to provide a modern and forward-thinking mindset
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
BSc/BA in business administration, social studies, or relevant field; further training will be a plus
A multilingual candidate is a plus. (Russian and Chinese Speaker)
