Urgently required Admin cum HR Assistant for our delivery services to maintains accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation.

Responsibilities

Refers more complex questions to appropriate senior-level HR staff or management.

• Ensure that all items are invoiced and paid on time

• Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers and office lease

• Assist in the onboarding process for new hires

• Address employees’ queries regarding office management issues (e.g. stationery, Hardware and travel arrangements)

• Scheduling meetings and appointments within the office

• Organizing the office layout and ordering stationery and equipment

• Maintaining the office condition and arranging necessary repairs

• Liaise with facility management vendors, including cleaning, catering and security services

Qualifications

Masters Degree

Must be efficient in Office Administration, Accounting, Office Management, MS Office.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
