We are looking for a Senior Business Development Manager (Auditing and Accounting) to join immediately to develop and manage a team.
The incumbent must have minimum 5-10 years of work experience in Sales or Business Development in an accounting or auditing firm in Dubai.
Must be organized with good sales and business development skills and capable of developing and managing a team of sales and business development executives.
Responsibilities:
To develop and manage a team of sales and business development Executives.
To set targets for himself and the team and Achieve sales targets by successfully managing the sales and business development team.
Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence.
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
Present sales and revenue reports and realistic forecasts to the management.
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to multi-task.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Ability to work independently and develop and manage teams.
Maintain current client relationships and identify areas for potential clients.
Develop new sales areas and improve sales through various methods.
Collaborate with the marketing team in designing marketing materials for social media and other mediums of marketing.
Ensure requirements are met, such as sales numbers and profit goals.
Train and develop teammates to improve sales, achieve set goals and meet expectations.
Strong understanding of products as well as business position and competition to keep business competitive
