Key Job Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Responsible for HR services and operations for Andersen UAE – both Dubai and Abu Dhabi teams
Design and implement a talent acquisition strategy that is in line with the vision and goal of the Andersen Team
Liaise with respective managers to keep track of team requirements for recruitments and candidate sourcing; identify and understand the needs of the business and the requirements of the openings
Constant coordination and assistance provided to the company PRO and accounts department during the onboarding/off boarding process
Lead HR and Admin assistants to build and deliver a comfortable experience to all the employees for any requirements
Maintain data and records of all current employees along with a convenient leave management system in line with Andersen protocols
Facilitate the performance management and appraisal system with the respective managers for their teams on a regular basis
Address and provide solutions to any issues raised by employees
Plan and implement team building activities that strength the core of Andersen – its people. The activities should encourage growth, team strength, health, fitness and everything positive.
Build a culture and an atmosphere of synergy amongst the team where talent thrives
Working alongside the team managers to identify and achieve the best possible outcome for the company
Ensure continuous improvement by measuring the impact of different practices and optimizing strategies to gain best results
Prepare regular reports to be shared with the management
Job Requirements for the role
3+ years’ experience in HR and Recruitment or a similar role
The ability to work in a fast-paced job role which requires self-motivation and discipline
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Human Resources or similar.
Good knowledge of recruitment techniques and sources with the ability to use recruitment websites such as LinkedIn, Indeed and the like.
UAE driving license is a plus
Knowledge of HR regulations, procedures and policies that govern companies within the UAE
Understanding the channels of internal communication and creating a win win scenario for both employees and management
