Role : Senior Manager – Business Excellence
Base location : Dubai
What you become a part of:
Senior Manager of Business Excellence plays a critical role in overseeing operational processes, starting with process definition, implementation, training, monitoring, driving efficiencies with analytics. Role will drive efficiencies in all functions including working closely with the ZIP Healthcare’s product development team for requirements elicitation and product acceptance testing activities. We are looking for a leader who enjoys problem solving, diving deep into customer experience analytics, and constantly seeking new ways to improve efficiencies.
What to expect:
This position will have multiple direct, indirect reports and cross functional working. Role will be responsible for developing robust processes and tools with long term strategy for optimized ways of working.
• Strong problem solving skills; ability to diagnose process improvement opportunities and clearly articulate change management potential
• Strong analytics background in a related field. Requires diving deep into customer experience analytics and building the data insights to guide new product development
• Outstanding ownership mindset. In this role, you will need to manage multiple tasks and projects at once, and provide direction for ambiguous and complex projects
• Define SOPs, Methods, Metrics; writing skills must be concise, persuasive and efficient.
• Own organization training function including operational teams – on ground/in-process
• Manage a team of executives to monitor real time operational metrics radar; Setup operations control tower to keep track of key metrics impacting the health of supply chain and real time customer experience
• Work closely with respective ops teams across the country to ensure proactive measures, issue resolutions and process improvements to maintain high efficiencies
• Perform RCA to determine failure trends of services and communicate cross-functionality to ensure customer-centric development
• Work closely with product development team to deliver features which are customer-focused, auditable and iteratively developed; SPOC for product related escalations
• Prioritize projects and new feature requests, evaluate and set stakeholder expectations
• Lead PMO and continuous improvement projects that drive long-term benefits
• Implement industry best practices and benchmark performance against standards.
Essential skills, experience and qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor/Masters in applicable field, operations management, business management, engineering or similar
• 8-10 years of experience with a Minimum of 4 years in E-Commerce industry (must)
• Prior work experience as a process consultant, or productivity consultant
• Prior experience in a product quality testing organization
Preferred Qualifications:
• Six Sigma and Lean techniques
• Experience multitasking; managing >5 projects at once
• Fluent in English with Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
