We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Manager to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources management within the banking sector, with a proven track record of success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Manage the recruitment and selection process to ensure timely hiring of top talent.
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
• Maintain and enhance employee benefits programs, including compensation, health insurance, ..etc.
• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
• Nurture a positive working environment that promotes employee engagement and development.
• Manage employee relations, addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
• Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
• Maintain HR records and systems, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources, specifically within the banking sector.
• Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and regulations.
• Proven experience in handling recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and benefits management.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
