Admin/Listing Officer (Key Responsibilities):
Create and manage property listings on various real estate platforms.
Ensure all property details are accurate and up-to-date, including photos, descriptions, and prices.
Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings, coordinating client visits, and managing documents.
Coordinate with the developers for registrations.
Manage office supplies and utilities.
Requirements:
Proven experience in recruitment and administrative roles, preferably in the real estate industry.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Office and listing websites.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
