Requirements, Duties & Responsibilities:
• A minimum of 1-year experience in Real Estate is a must.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• General Administration Work.
• Capable of managing multiple tasks.
• Good English communication skills, smart and presentable.

Responsibilities:

• Answering calls.
• Handling MyCRM and monitoring other Property advertisement portals.
• Well-informed of all related online property advertisements (Property finder, Dubizzle, etc)
• Knowledgeable of all real estate-related forms (Forms A, B, etc.).
• Change price as per agents request as per availability list.
• Monitoring the standing of listings.
• Uploading of files for verification purposes on Property finder & Bayut.
• Generate Form A & Trakheesi Permit.
• Artwork creation for WhatsApp & Email Campaigns.
• Manage agreement renewals of the developers.
