We are looking for a well- spoken Customer Service Representative to be responsible for sales over the telephone. The responsibilities include contacting potential customers, focusing on customer needs to close & achieve target sales, and documenting customer information and feedback. Being multilingual is significant.
· A successful Customer Service representative has excellent communication skills as well as sales ability.
· You should be meticulous in keeping records, and able to handle all aspects of making a sale.
· Speak with current or future customers to offer information about a product or service.
· To better understand customer needs and close sales, ask questions.
· Strive to exceed sales targets in order to encourage additional sales
· Calling clients and learning about their wants and expectations
· Keeping records of conversations and sales
· Generating qualified leads by calling clients and referring them to the sales team;
· Developing in- depth industry knowledge and providing the customers with appropriate recommendations.
· Patiently handling customer inquiries to increase the lead count
· Address any concerns clients may have.
· Generating meetings by calling on leads
· Excellent English Communication. Additional knowledge with other languages is an advantage
Requirements:
High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent.
Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
Comfortable using computers.
Experience working with customer support.
