We are seeking a responsible and organized Female Driver & Personal Assistant to provide driving services as well as administrative and personal support. The ideal candidate will be dependable, proactive, and capable of handling various tasks to support daily activities, travel, and administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities:
Driving Responsibilities:
-Provide safe and timely transport for the employer to various locations.
-Maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of the vehicle.
-Ensure regular maintenance, servicing, and fuel levels are adequate.
-Assist with loading and unloading items as needed.
-Follow all traffic laws and regulations.
Personal Assistance:
-Manage the employer’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and reminders.
-Coordinate travel arrangements (flights, hotels, etc.) as needed.
-Run personal errands such as shopping, picking up/dropping off items, and other tasks.
-Organize and manage files, documents, and other administrative tasks.
-Assist with household tasks as requested.
Qualifications and Skills:
-Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
-Prior experience as a driver or personal assistant is preferred.
-Strong organizational and time-management skills.
-Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
-Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
-Proficiency in basic computer software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
-Strong discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality.
-Prefer Immediate joiners.
Additional Requirements:
-Flexibility with work hours, as there may be evening or weekend duties.
-Professional and presentable demeanor.
-Willingness to travel if necessary.
-Salary: 3500/- AED
