We want to recruit a Human Resources Manager who will be responsible for the following duties:
To direct, control and supervise the Technical, Managerial and H&S Training.
To direct, control and supervise the Personnel accommodation, Messing and Transportation.
Plan, direct, supervise, and coordinate work activities of subordinates and staff relating to employment, compensation, labor relations, and employee relations.
Liaise with different government entities such as Ministry of Labor and Immigration in relation to processing of employees documents to include renewals, cancellation and repatriation.
Contact manpower supplier or contractor for additional manpower to cover labour shortages, if needed.
Controls and approves employees’ requested documents such as Salary and Employment Certificate.
Supervises facilitate renewal of company’s legal documents such as Trade License and Commercial Licenses & other permits as required.
To direct the facilities, vehicles and equipment work shop, with the purpose of assuring best yield, guaranteeing the availability of the vehicles and equipment to the personnel in order to carry out their roles with the minimum of interruptions.
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in Psychology or Human Resources
Certificate in HR Administration or the Certificate in Personnel Practice
10 years experience as HR managerial level
Experience in Construction company background
In-depth knowledge and understanding of UAE Labor Law and its amendment
Languajes: Arabic and excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office application.
Willing to travel/relocate, flexible with schedule if management/project requires.
With valid UAE/International Driving License
