We are looking for Joinery Production Manager for a leading Joinery factory in Dubai. Candidate must have minimum 10 year experience in the same field. Able to manage teams of Carpenters & Painters. Calculation & ordering material. Meetings with suppliers & client. Achieving Project dead line religiously. Maintaining machinery & other company assets.
An in-depth knowledge of all aspects of modern joinery manufacturing.
Experienced in client interaction, design, drawing discussion and cost effective solutions.
Excellent communication skills.
Must have Autocad knowledge.
Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols
Manages all production activities from inception to delivery.
Manages and controls all employees related functions in the factory.
Plans production schedules and ensures timely completion within budget.
Prepares production status reports to senior management.
Strong skills in budget development and oversight.
Responsible for production quality.
Collaborate with work team and assist in delivery projects.
