Condor Footwear Group, an Italian joint venture company based in Surat, Gujarat, India is looking for a Sales Head for Modern Trade / Key Accounts with relevant experience of 6 to 10 years in footwear, apparel or fashion industry.

The candidate should have in-depth knowledge in managing and building strong business relationships with all the Chain stores / Hypermarkets in UAE.

KEY ROLE:

Responsible for maintaining strong business relationships with key accounts in order to achieve profitable results.
Benchmarking competitors and suggesting business strategies for the growth of existing / new businesses line with the objective of achieving exponential penetration and profitability with key accounts.
Responsible for building road-map to maintain leadership for modern trade channel, strategizing and implementing programs/ plans for development of sales in this channel.
 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Achieving volume and sales targets through effective implementation of sales strategies
Formulating the modern trade sales strategy & ambitious growth plans in line with business strategy.
Aligning and executing trade marketing and trade promotions interventions with the modern trade sales strategy and overall business strategy
Tracking utilisation and effectiveness of trade spends in activities & channels
Working within allocated promotional costs and ensuring effective spending in driving sales and brand building
Leading resource for planning and negotiating for in-store activations, merchandising, sell-out plans with the accounts
Providing trade information, competitor’s activities and market intelligence to company
Managing accounts receivables
Resolving customer’s trade issues, complaints and operational matters
