Looking for an experienced PRO
Skills and experience:
Collect and give regular updates on all work and migration standards from the government offices to keep the HR office well informed of any changes in procedures and rules.
Coordinate with the HR office for the processing of Visa applications for new and visa renewal
Renew, update and keep up all workers and their dependents’ visas and work contracts on time to guarantee that organization’s records are up to date in the labor and Immigration Departments.
Makes sure all business and trade Licenses are updated, and follow-up official approvals and permits, to prevent unnecessary violations.
Asist Employees regarding their Medical/ Emirates ID appointment schedules
Key Requirements:
Valid UAE driving license/Own vehicle
Expertise using government systems/ Freezone and Mainland experience
Sound knowledge of English (Arabic can be a plus)
Solid background in UAE government laws and regulations.
Experienced the same in UAE minimum 2 years
Excellent communication skills.
Effective interpersonal skills to successfully work with local government agencies.
Able to work without any supervision
Good Computer skills
