The Job description is as follows:
6-8 years experience in dealing and prospecting in inventory and projects of top real estate developers in Dubai.
Good understanding of Dubai’s off-planned property market and the Dubai real estate market in general; its evolution and future direction.
An ability to understand the vision of the developer and ability to analyze it along the requirements of the market. Ability to communicate this analysis with clients.
Good understanding of the mindset and requirements of off-plan property buyers and investors. Ability to explain the off-plan prospect via numbers and comparative analysis.
Should have good relations with the developer sales team and administrative staff along with a contact base of potential off-plan property clients.
Responsible to strengthen the product proposition that would enable access to all competitive real estate solutions for the clients
You will be responsible for the recruitment of the real-estate team and managing them.
The achievement of the target threshold set for you individually and the team remains your sole responsibility. Please note the target is applicable either as an individual or through the team.
At all given times you are required to comply with the laid down ethics and abide by the regulations set by the regulators and you are expected to follow the best practice in the industry. In charge to form a proper framework for Risk management/ Governance and controls to drive the right sales behaviors’ and treat clients fairly
A B.Sc. degree is preferable, especially in real estate, marketing, or business.
Proficiency in Russian or Spanish would be seen as a positive.
Should possess good MS Excel and MS PowerPoint skills.
A UAE driving license is a must.
