Position: Receptionist

Job Description
-Be the first point of contact for guests entering the office.
-Welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.
-Notify appropriate personnel of visitor arrivals.
-Prepare food and beverages for the management and guests.
-Manage incoming calls and route them to the appropriate individuals or departments.
-Take messages from the callers.
-Direct inquiries to the appropriate department or individual.
-Handle incoming mail and packages according to office protocol.
-Distribute mail to the relevant departments or individuals.
-Manage calendars and schedule appointments for executives or other staff members.
-Coordinate meeting room bookings.
-Keep the reception, common office areas, and pantry clean, organized, and presentable.
-Assist with various administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
-Support other departments with clerical duties.
-Monitor and control access to the office.
-Operate office equipment, including phones, copiers, and printers.
-Provide basic technical support to colleagues if needed.
-Liaise with maintenance, cleaning, and other service providers to ensure a well-maintained office environment.
-Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Should be proficient in MS Office Word, Excel & PowerPoint presentations.
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
-Able to work extended hours occasionally when the job demands.
