We are looking to hire an experienced Recruitment Specialist (Temp Position) who will be responsible for a fast-paced end-to-end project based recruitment drive for our office in Riyadh, KSA, and other positions as required.

This role will require someone who is passionate about talent acquisition, with a keen eye for identifying talent.

The Recruitment Specialist will be a part of our HR Team and serve as the key point of contact with Design Directors/Managers and will be responsible for assisting with the full recruitment life-cycle.

Key Responsibilities

Responsible for the full recruitment life-cycle and acts as a point of contact for our Design Directors/Managers.
Proposes different sourcing strategies to attract talent and ensure cost efficiency.
Conducts initial screening/shortlisting and assessment interviews with applicants and filters out unmatched applications.
Responsible for the creation of the final shortlist of suitable candidates in coordination with Design Directors/Managers.
Organises and conducts interviews with Design Directors/Managers.
Conducts reference checks and provides follow-up correspondence to candidates on application status.
Maintains and updates recruitment statistics and distributes reports on a regular basis and special reports on request.
Responsible for onboarding new hires and ensuring that the necessary paperwork is completed.

Education Requirements

Degree in Human Resources Management or a relevant field
Min 5 years’ experience in the field of recruitment/talent acquisition including recruiting Senior level staff.

Skills Requirement

Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Strong interpersonal skills and a team player
Initiative and results driven
Good verbal and written communication skills
Has proven focused interviewing skills at various levels including Senior roles.
Is resourceful and has proven experience in head-hunting and sourcing applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn and other professional networks.
Full life-cycle recruitment experience, gained from either in-house, recruitment agency or executive search environments.
