We are looking for Short term rental property manager to assist our customers with their needs.
Job Description
Provide upscale guest service experiences for clients throughout their stay. Ensuring that all rental units are well maintained and ready for guests at all times
Managing the online presence of the property through websites such as Booking.Com, Airbnb others
Monitor daily bookings and ensure assigned properties are prepared prior to check-in.
Oversee check-in and check-out procedures, including reservations and financial transactions.
Actively listen to and resolve complaints.
Coordinate and manage communication between guests and staff and follow up to ensure we resolve customer concerns.
Promote all amenities and conveniences offered.
Manage guest relations team (including Receptionists and Concierges) to ensure we comply with all standards and operating procedures.
Analyze customer feedback and online reviews and suggest ways to improve ratings.
Establish friendly relationships with clients
Customer service driven with outstanding communication and active listening skills.
Coordinating housekeeping schedules and property maintenance works.
Conducting periodic quality checks of premises to ensure everything is up to standard.
You should also be on hand for guest emergencies at any time.
Desired Candidate Profile
Flexibility in working hours.
Strong sense of responsibility and a professional presentation.
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration or relevant field is a plus.
Valid UAE Driver’s License.
Experience in hospitality and customer relations is essential.
Proficiency in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
Must possess Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills.
Ability to work in a team and coordinate with other departments.
Salary: From AED3,500.00 – 4,000.00 per month
Experience: Hospitality: 2 years (Required)
License/Certification: UAE driving license (Required)
